Regularly reconciling your bank accounts ensures you keep up to date with your cash position and allows you to make informed decisions on any upcoming major purchases.
Completion of sales invoices, following up on unpaid debtors, emailing statements, and regular follow up on unpaid invoices. Providing client with regular updates.
Entering creditors into accounting software, reconciling statements and payment of creditors.
Processing payroll through various payroll systems (Smartly, Xero, IPayroll, Ace Payroll). Completing IRD compliance. Processing of payroll from two staff to over 100 staff. Completion of staff contracts and staff policy and procedure handbook. Can assist with dealing with any HR Issues.
Happy to assist with any general administration tasks such as but not limited to: Credit applications, company annual returns, website maintenance, fleet management, liaising with banks for account access, ensuring emails are cleared regularly, followed up as needed and filed accordingly.
Ensuring all IRD returns (GST, PAYE, FBT, RWT) all filed in a timely manner, advise or complete payments to be made.
Gathering all information and reconciliation of any accounts prior to accountant completing annual accounts.
Reporting: Helps business owners make informed decisions
Provide timely reports and ensure that you the business owner understand your current financial position.
Preparation of cashflow forecasts, regular reporting to monitor cashflow budget to actual spend.
